We provide a variety of payment options. Each treatment plan will be reviewed with you prior to the onset of treatment. Some of our payment options include:

• Cash, Checks and Debit Cards
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
• CareCredit

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Understanding that insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Your insurance coverage will be estimated so that you will know your estimated financial responsibility. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file claims to any insurance provider. Please note that filing a claim and being contracted with an insurance company are two different things. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 60 days.
